Change Management Consultant


Trevital seeks experience Change Management Consultants apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impacts of change due to process development/transformation and/or technology implementation; diagnose, design, implement, and assess change management strategies and plans in support of overall Organizational Excellence initiatives; identify people side risks and anticipated points of resistance; conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders; provide significant input in the development of communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, training plans, and resistance management plans; administer measurements systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes; work collaboratively as part of a team that often includes Project Managers, Business Analysts, and engagement with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and leading any change management projects, including the researching, implementation and assessment from start to finish
• Long term relationship building with both clients and colleagues
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Managing the communications and views internally
• Creating and conducting the coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including customer management and leadership
• Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Employment Terms

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: Change Management: 7+ years (Preferred)
PMO/TMO: 5+ years (Preferred)

Experiences

• Proven experience as a Change Management specialist within commercial organizations
• Prosci certification
• ADKAR model experience
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
• Strong personal skills and ability to think on your feet
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills BSc/BA in Computer Science, or relevant experience
