Trevital supports Under Armour, Inc., (UA) headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, a leading inventor, marketer and distributor of branded athletic performance apparel, footwear, and accessories in professional services and support, Transformation Office (TMO) working as a liaison between the PMO and the IT Development team on global product developed for the consumer and the athlete across North America, China, Australia and Mexico and Canada. Trevital supports the IT initiatives teams and works with UA Stakeholders, Leaders, Managers, Frontline staff, and corporate office groups, executive steering committee and functional steering committee at the onset of the project and throughout the life cycle with review board meetings bi-weekly to share status and address questions/concerns. Trevital’s task order to support the Loyalty Program required our team to provide Professional services in training, change management, program and project Management, business process improvement, and communication and outreach techniques to send messages and gather feedback, create surveys in Qualtrics, monitor feedback, create reports, and deliver impact analysis

  • Created a Training Plan to reach all Under Armour teammates on relevant training based on their job tasks.
  • Develop online training courses using Articulate storyline and Adobe XD
  • Designed enewsletters, flyers, and announcements using social media channels that enabled two way communication.
  • Prepared and deployed email campaigns directed at teammates within different divisions
  • Created and deployed surveys in Qualtrics and created metrics based on data.
