Trevital supports the Medicaid.gov DevOps Support contract for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  Through task performance aligned with the best practices of the Digital Services Playbook and a tailored methodology to software development that leverages the SAFe® Agile methodology and solution architecture design within Drupal 9 Framework. Our team continuously upgrades in PHP and Drupal.  The objective of these projects is achieved through the successful communication of Federal program and policy information about Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the Basic Health Program (BHP). The core of our approach is the implementation of a DevOps process for continual improvement of digital delivery performance, supported by our Quality Management Plan (IQMP), improve the Human-Centered Design (HCD), analytics and reporting, monitoring and 24/7 support.
